We are a full service drafting company founded by Robert Kramer. We service clients from all of Southern California including Los Angeles county, San Bernardino county, Orange county and Riverside county.

We have been in business since the year 2000 and have over 20+ years of drafting experience and over 30+ years of construction experience. A draftsman's expertise is very close to the expertise of an architect, except that a draftsman follows a more specific approach to the housing and commercial industry as a whole. Less time is spent on theories and innuendo that are not applicable to your home design. We are a hands-on specific design firm, focusing on new home construction, room additions, and even small office buildings.

We have designed hundreds of homes from single family homes and track homes, to million dollar estates. Our design process is easy.

It works as follows:

• We offer an initial free phone consultation
  Call us and let us know about your project. e.g. a new home or room addition
• Make an appointment to come to our offices
• In our offices, we will take your ideas and that same day you will see an actual sample proof of your idea in a CAD format.
• From here, we make revisions, and produce the final design
